Registered Mom + Baby Yoga
This gentle yet dynamic yoga class enhances the developing bond between Mom and baby. Through specific movements we will strengthen, tone and calm the postpartum body and mind. Postures will target relieving tension in the neck, shoulders and back, while strengthening the abdomen, back and pelvic floor. You and baby will both benefit from the bonding time together while connecting with other moms and babies in our community. Feel free to tend to babies needs in this relaxed environment. This class is appropriate for newborns to pre-active crawling stage.

New to Yoga? This class provides you with the tools to needed to build your yoga practice, and feel comfortable in drop in classes. Learn the fundamentals of breath, body awareness and terminology, basic poses, meditation, and more. Feel free to ask questions and move at your own pace in this relaxed setting.
