Ecology of Yoga Workshop:
Healing with Nature

In this deeply healing, 2.5 hour workshop, participants will practice asana, guided meditation, and pranayama to explore the intersection between yoga and the natural environment. Includes 60 m eco-yoga flow, nature themed meditations, journaling and other art forms. Participants will create a handmade journal to continue their eco-yoga journey off the mat.
Eco-yoga incorporates deep ecology with yoga philosophy. It is rooted in the understanding that when we nourish our connection with nature, we begin healing ourselves and in turn, the planet.

Come move with your little ones in this family oriented yoga practice. This class is designed to engage young children and adults through fun and dynamic movement, music and social interaction. This class will be playful offering movement through sequences, games and partner poses with your child. There will be a designated calm and quiet time in each class to support the emerging development of breath awareness and emotional regulation.
