Come move with your little ones in this family oriented yoga practice. This class is designed to engage young children and adults through fun and dynamic movement, music and social interaction. This class will be playful offering movement through sequences, games and partner poses with your child. There will be a designated calm and quiet time in each class to support the emerging development of breath awareness and emotional regulation.
The focus of the class is to spend quality time with your family, build community and participate in healthy active living.
