Stress Management for Teens & Parents

Join Anita Thomson for a special workshop designed to improve the management of stress in your family.

In today’s complex world, stress is a serious problem for many teenagers. Being able to understand the fundamentals of slowing down, focusing and becoming more mindful can help teens feel calmer and ultimately more in control of their lives.

Learn, discover and re-connect with your teen while you both explore ways to better regulate emotions and the daily stresses that cause overwhelm.

In this workshop you’ll both learn:

- mindfulness skills that help you focus
– ways to cope when stress has set in
– essential self-care skills for resiliency
– effective calm breathing techniques
