This series will explore the healing practices of breath and meditation that soothe and restore balance and peace in your nervous system, calm the busy mind and relax the body. Each session will focus on a different technique or tool to take into your day to day life. This series is for anyone who wants to breathe better, relax their nervous system, calm their mind and simply feel better. No experience required.
March 4 – April 15
INTERMEDIATE HATHA REGISTERED
Using functional sequencing and alignment, these intermediate yoga classes are designed to be fun and challenging. Part regular class and part workshop, each class will take you on a journey through a specific movement, a pose or series of poses that we will explore with some detail.
At 90 minutes each, you will have the time you need to fully explore and play with the featured movements and poses. You can expect to get upside down and to explore hand balances and backbends, too.
To ensure that you have a great experience, registration is capped at 12 people. Pre-registration and payment are required before attending.
Being part of a registered class is your opportunity to expand your practice with the support of a senior teacher and a group of like-minded yogis. Join us!

Fitness Integrated Therapy F.I.T
If you are suffering from low back pain, knee pain, or feel like you aren’t firing your muscles properly in your workouts, this is the class for you!
Join us for a 4 week glute x core workout series. We will go over proper glute and core activation while implementing a 45-minute workout through therapeutic movements. Lead by our Certified Athletic Therapist Megan, you will have experienced eyes guiding you through this workout to ensure you are doing everything right!
The goal of this workout series is to prevent injury, and/or to create a rehab based environment with a workout. If you are modifying a lot of movements in your practice due to lower body pain, this class will teach you the cues you need to implement into your other activities, especially yoga!
